Cancel a consumer booking

For an online consumer booking, you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after the day the contract is made, without giving a reason. Email hello@clipbooth.co.uk or write to the address below before that period ends. Include your booking email and event name so we can find the purchase. You do not have to use the form below.

Creating an account, verifying your email or customising a booth does not remove this right. We do not treat a general acceptance of our terms as agreement to waive cancellation rights. We provide a full refund for a consumer cancellation within this 14-day period, including where you requested immediate activation.

When a refund is due

For a valid cooling-off cancellation, we will return the payment within 14 days after being told of your decision, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee. Contact us before cancellation if you need to download any existing memories; cancellation ends the booth service.

After the cooling-off period, contact us about a change of date or cancellation. A change-of-mind refund is not automatic, but we will consider your request and explain any proposed outcome. Any cancellation charge must be lawful and fair. Your rights where we breach the contract or the service is faulty are unaffected.

If the service goes wrong

Tell us promptly what happened and when, together with your event name, booking email and device or browser if relevant. We will investigate and offer the remedy required by law. Depending on the problem, this may include putting the service right or a price reduction or refund. These rights are separate from the cooling-off period.

Sandbox transactions do not take real money, so there is no real payment to refund. Business purchases may have different cancellation rights; contact us to discuss them.
